You can't sit in the orchestra level. My suggestion is go directly to the box office at the Winter Elgin Theatre to pickup your tickets first. Then you will need to go stand in the ticket holders line. I'd recommend getting to the theatre an hour before the screening to get the best seats. When in doubt ask a TIFF volunteer who are usually wearing a bright orange t-shirt.
