   Every year somebody asks this question, so it might as well be me... Can someone please post the seating capacity of all the theatres being used at TIFF this year (incl. the new Bell Lightbox theatres). Merci!

   I tracked down last year's thread ... turns out the last "somebody" was you, too, haha. :)

   Does Varsity 7 have crappy sight lines like Varsity 8?

   Ooops, how did I miss Ryerson! It's about 1200; I've edited the first post.

   I can't remember Varsity 7 specifically.

   I totally agree about Varsity 8 ... it's funny watching the audience in a subtitled film: nearly everyone is bobbing their head to be able to read the bottom of the screen around the heads in front of them. Whenever I can, I grab an aisle seat in the wings for the best view.
